Bohemian Taboo Stories book launch

11/1/2019, 19:00

The book launch of Bohemian Taboo Stories will take place on the first evening of November in the beautiful Art & Event Gallery Černá Labut' in Prague Na Příkopech.

Program

The party will be attended by most of the co-authors, members of the production team and other collaborators of Bohemian Taboo, as well as the personalities about whom the individual chapters of Bohemian Taboo Stories are about and other guests. The launch will also pay tribute to the freedom we gained 30 years ago thanks to the fall of the totalitarian communist regime in November 1989. It is only because of this change that Bohemian Taboo Stories was able to be published.

In addition to the exhibition of illustrations and photographs from the book Bohemian Taboo Stories, you can also look forward to the programme that the organisers have prepared for you. At the launch, there will be an author reading, where one of the co-authors will read one of the chapters of the book, a burlesque performance by Yassmine de Mortifére, a musical component will be provided by DJ K.SANDRA and DJ Mali Nova, and there is one more surprise prepared by one of the protagonists of the book. There will also be small refreshments. A special Bohemian Taboo beer, brewed by Crazy Clown Brewery, will be on tap.

The Black Swan Art & Event Gallery space is really beautiful, but it is not inflatable. The number of seats is therefore limited. The launch, due to limited capacity, is primarily by invitation only. Information on remaining tickets for the baptism will be posted in the coming days.
