Freya helps workers in the helping professions and carers to work with the topic of sexuality and relationships of people with disabilities, seniors and elderly women. A chapter inspired by the story of Lucie Sidova, the founder of Freya, is also included in the book Bohemian Taboo Stories.
Their courses and counselling in the field of sexuality and relationships are aimed at anyone who works with people with disabilities or seniors and wants to introduce sexuality counselling into their practice. There are now 81,000 people living in residential social services in Czech Republic. There are 1 077 673 disabled people and 1 644 836 elderly people in the country. Freya staff also receive regular training abroad.
